These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Movie List mobile application (“App”) provided by Flix Tools App (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Movie List offers features to discover and interact with movie and TV content. Availability of features may change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App with reasonable notice where practicable.
You must comply with applicable laws and App Store requirements. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your device or account credentials if applicable.
Certain features may require a paid subscription processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID subscription settings. Pricing and terms are shown at purchase. We do not store your full payment card details; Apple handles payment processing.

The App may display or link to third-party content or services. We are not responsible for third-party sites, content, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The App, branding, and our materials are owned by us or our licensors. Except as allowed by law or explicit permission, you may not copy, modify, or distribute them.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
